Abstracts should be submitted online (text only) and should not exceed 500 words
You should select a conference topic upon the submission of your abstract
Insert all authors and repeat the name and e-mail of the presenter author

No more than one oral presentation can be delivered per each registered author
A digital conference program including the abstracts and papers will be edited
Full paper submission is optional
The ENGOPT2026 Proceedings will be edited by MATEC Web of Conferences (EDP Sciences) with digital object identifiers (DOl)
Authors of accepted abstracts must upload the Full Paper (6 to 10 pages) in PDF format and its signed licence agreement form using their account in the SAGA submission platform of MATEC Web of Conferences (EDP Sciences).

Licence Agreement will be requested after the article has been accepted. A dedicated button in the submission platform will be provided at that point to complete this step.

Each Oral presentation will take 20 minutes including discussion (15min+5min)
The files required for the presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) should be uploaded, and tested to ensure compatibility, during the coffee or lunch breaks before the beginning of the session
The lecture rooms contain a Windows PC, with Office and Acrobat PDF Reader, connected to a data projector. The use of personal computers is not recommended
Technical support will be provided on-site by the EngOpt2026 staff to ensure a smooth delivery of all presentations
The format of the Posters is A0, portrait orientation
